When do you need a stress coach and what can Ineo do for you?
Each coaching session intends to bring you to a more mindful way of living and to help you in identifying the triggers that are present during stressful moments. By noticing what is bothering us, we can learn to stay calm and be less reactive, to pay attention to our breath and to develop inner peace, clarity of thoughts, tolerance and acceptance towards ourselves.
We make use of traditional coaching techniques, such as looking into present thinking, behavior and communication strategies, and for those who feel comfortable we also offer a holistic approach.
